Town Board Public Hearing

The Town Board of the Town of Coxsackie has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm on proposed Local Law #1-2026, amending the town zoning law prohibiting data centers and crypto mining facilities.  The hearing will take place at Town Hall, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie.  All interested parties have the right to be heard.  By order of the Town Board, Bambi Hotaling, Town Clerk.
