The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Hanse at 7:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
A motion to accept the minutes of March 10, 2026, was made by Shane Pilato seconded by Thomas Burke and duly carried.

Supervisor opened the meeting to the public – no comments.
Chief of EMS Myrdycz submitted a written vehicle report, and they had 117 calls for March.
Highway Superintendent Eldred reported that they have been busy with cutting brush and dead trees. Athens assisted with an operator and bucket truck. Damages to lawns have been repaired and the roads have been swept. All stone was hauled in for Summer paving and chip sealing. The Towns of Athens and New Baltimore assisted with hauling stone, and we assisted the Town of New Baltimore with hauling their stone. Still waiting on CHIPS money. The old chipper sold for $8,100 on Auctions International. Had a zoom meeting with Kiewit regarding settlement for damages on Flint Mine Road. Negotiations started at $47,000 and ended up final offer of $126,602. Received a quote from TCBR for the repair of High Hill Road bridge. Cost increased from $50,000 to $80,000. No permitting is necessary waiting for engineered plans for the support beams. It will take about three weeks to complete the work. One lane will be closed.
Seal Coat bids were opened – CMS Sealcoating & Landscaping LLC $3,366 for Senior Center; Town Hall $5,621, Seal Pro Sealcoating & Sports Surfacing $19,995 for both locations, CityMark Striping $6,900 Senior Center; $7,830 Town Hall, Mr. G’s Sealcoating $3,050 Senior Center; $4,350 Town Hall, Saul’s Paving Senior Center $3,360; Town Hall $4,280. All bids included insurance certificates.
A motion to award the bid to Saul’s for the seal coating of Town Hall was made by Thomas Burke seconded by Shane Pilato and duly carried. Scott asked that this work not be done until August because highway trucks will be hauling stone from the yard for road paving. Rick will make sure the price will be good until then.

A motion to award the bid to Mr. G’s for the seal coating at the Senior Center was made by Shane Pilato seconded by Thomas Burke and duly carried.

Electrical bids were opened for work at the Ambulance Station – Barry Rausch $5,020 and
B & D Industries, Inc. $14,473.
A motion to award the bid to Barry Raush was made by Shane Pilato seconded by Thomas Burke and duly carried.
