The Town of Coxsackie is seeking proposals for electrical work to be done at the Town of Coxsackie Ambulance building, 117 Mansion Street, Coxsackie, New York. Electrical work is to be done in the office, sleeping quarters, common room, truck bays and on the exterior of the building.
Electrical work consists of:

–Remove existing ceiling fluorescent lights (office, sleeping quarters, and common room) x20
–Supply and install new LED panels (office, sleeping quarters, and common room) x20
–Remove existing exit lights (common room and truck bays) x6
–Supply and install new exit lights with battery backup (common room and truck bays) x6
–Remove existing exterior flood light on side of building x1
–Supply and install new exterior LED flood light on side of building x1
–Supply 3rd party electrical inspection for above work. Certificate to be furnished to the Town of Coxsackie.

Bids should be based on prevailing wage. An insurance certificate must be presented. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Monday, April 13. The Board reserves the right to reject any, and all bids.

The Town of Coxsackie is seeking proposals for the sealing and striping of two parking lots.  One lot is located at the Town of Coxsackie Senior Center, 127 Mansion Street, Coxsackie, New York and the other is located at the Coxsackie Town Hall, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie, New York.

Proposals should include preparation of the lots, filing of cracks, sealcoating, and restriping and replacing symbols in the original size and color.

Bids should be based on prevailing wage.  An insurance certificate must be presented.  Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Monday, April 13.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Town of Coxsackie Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Coxsackie Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to review an application made by David Guezuraga for an area variance for property located at 102 Misraci Road, Coxsackie, and an application made by Michael & Gretchen Farrell for an area variance for property located at 1118 High Hill Road, Earlton.

The Town of Coxsackie is seeking bids for the 2026 mowing season. Specifications can be obtained from the Town website www.coxsackie.gov or from the Town Clerk’s Office, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie, NY.  A certificate of insurance must be submitted.  Bids will be opened at the Town Board meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town Board of the Town of Coxsackie has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm on proposed Local Law #1-2026, amending the town zoning law prohibiting data centers and crypto mining facilities.  The hearing will take place at Town Hall, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie.  All interested parties have the right to be heard.  By order of the Town Board, Bambi Hotaling, Town Clerk.

Senior lunches are served at the Coxsackie Senior Center for adults aged 60 and above.  Lunches are served weekdays at 11:45 am except on holidays or when schools are closed due to inclement weather.
