THE COXSACKIE TOWN BOARD HAS RESCHEDULED THE
NOVEMBER 11, 2025, TOWN BOARD MEETING TO
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2025, AT 7:00 PM.

TAKE NOTICE THAT the resolution published herewith has been adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Coxsackie at a meeting on the 23rd day of September, 2025, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Town of Coxsackie is not authorized to expend money, or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution.

THE TOWN OF COXSACKIE HAS OBTAINED A NEW YORK STATE CREST GRANT TO REPLACE THE BRIDGE DURING THE SUMMER.

Senior lunches are served at the Coxsackie Senior Center for adults aged 60 and above.  Lunches are served weekdays at 11:45 am except on holidays or when schools are closed due to inclement weather.
