TOWN OF COXSACKIE
December 10, 2024

The meeting was called to order by Deputy Supervisor Veeder at 7:00 pm with the Pledge
of Allegiance.
A motion to accept the minutes of November 6 and November 12, was made by Shane Pilato seconded by Patrick Kennedy and duly carried.
The meeting was open for public comments: none
A motion authorizing the supervisor to execute the 2025 contracts between the Town and Greene County EMS for paramedic coverage was made by Thomas Burke seconded by Patrick Kennedy and duly caried.
Ayes: 4 – Burke, Kennedy, Pilato, Veeder Absent: 1 – Hanse
A motion to schedule the public hearings for the proposed fire protection contracts with Earlton Fire Department and Coxsackie Hose Company No. 3 for January 14, 2025, at 7:00 pm was made by Thomas Burke seconded by Patirck Kennedy and duly carried.
A motion to schedule the 2025 Organizational Meeting for January 14, 2025, was made by Shane Pilato seconded by Thomas Burke and duly carried. The meeting will take place prior to the regularly scheduled board meeting.
A motion to accept the October Justice reports was made by Shane Pilato seconded by Michael Veeder and duly carried.
It was noted that while listed on the agenda, there were no budget transfers for approval.
General Fund and Highway bills in the amount of $201,663.02 were audited on abstract #12, voucher numbers 2024-703 through 2024-756. Bank reconciliations were presented for review.
At 7:17 pm a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Thomas Burke seconded by Shane Pilato and duly carried.
Copies of all resolutions, agreements, and contracts are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
