The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at the Coxsackie Town Hall beginning at 6:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to review an application made by David Guezuraga for an area variance for property located at 102 Misraci Road, Coxsackie, and also an application made by Michael & Grethchen Farrell for an area variance for property located at 1118 High Hill Road, Earlton.
The Town of Coxsackie is seeking bids for the 2026 mowing season. Specifications can be obtained from the Town website www.coxsackie.gov or from the Town Clerk’s Office, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie, NY. A certificate of insurance must be submitted. The Town Board of the Town of Coxsackie has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm on proposed Local Law #1-2026, amending the town zoning law prohibiting data centers and crypto mining facilities. The hearing will take place at Town Hall, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie. All interested parties have the right to be heard. By order of the Town Board, Bambi Hotaling, Town Clerk.
Senior lunches are served at the Coxsackie Senior Center for adults aged 60 and above. Lunches are served weekdays at 11:45 am except on holidays or when schools are closed due to inclement weather.
