Town Board Hearing

The Town Board of the Town of Coxsackie has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm on proposed Local Law #4-2026, Creating Alternative Veterans Exemption for Seriously Disabled Veterans pursuant to Section 458-A(11) of the Real Property Tax Law. The hearing will take place at Town Hall, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie. All interested parties have the right to be heard. By order of the Town Board, Bambi Hotaling, Town Clerk

The Town Board of the Town of Coxsackie will hold a public hearing on proposed Local Law #5-2026 to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal law Section 3-c. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 13 at 7:00 pm at Coxsackie Town Hall, 56 Bailey Street, Coxsackie, NY. The proposed Local Law to override the tax levy limit establishes the Coxsackie Town Board’s intent to override the limit on the amount of real property taxes that may be levied by the Town of Coxsackie.
